Bossette Service Assistant Policies

Services: Available Monday through Friday, Weekends and Holidays are available on a case by case basis and may incur additional fee.

We have the right to refuse any service that is immoral, punishable by law, or is putting Bossette employee's at risk.

​

Service Areas: Current service areas are 50 mile radius from the city of Palm Springs, Ca. We are soon going to expand to the entire Riverside County region. Please do not hesitate to request a personal assistant if you fall outside this reach.

Fees: The client must cover all costs associated with service requests. Clients should provide cash, check or make specific arrangements with Bossette Services.

​

Any service exceeding ten miles will be charged additional mileage. Additional mileage is .55 per mile. Charges will cover round trip mileage.

​

Hourly service will be billed once service is completed. Ongoing arrangements will be billed weekly.

​

Scheduling and Cancellation: Bossette Services requires a 6 hour cancellation notice. Clients will be responsible for the payment of 50% of the entire canceled booked time.

​

Confidentiality: Discretion is guaranteed by all Bossette Services employees.
